TV was not programed to new Technology. They replaced quickly after my call.

Comfortable and clean room. Nice appointments and good service. Free wireless worked well. Continental breakfast was well presented. Only wish they had Ketchup for the eggs. Only had Salsa packets, but that is my preference. ...read more

Great convenient location. Access to everything food, gas, Imax within walking distance.
Crowded parking at night, clogged drain in shower, loud & smelly heater.

The price of this hotel is too pricey for what you get. Our king bedroom had a comfy bed as well as a flat screen TV and a coffee maker, but that was it. We didn't have a microwave nor a small fridge. We didn't even have an alarm clock. You may want to stay in a suite if you want additional features, which also means paying more. ...read more

Our family enjoyed the stay at Grand view at Las Vegas. The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and can accommodate 4 people. There is a jacuzzi in the bedroom which is a plus and the bathroom is huge. The kitchen is clean and has a refrigerator as well. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster and a coffee maker. We liked it very much. Will definitely return in the future. ...read more

The food was to poor,eggs were frozen cold,did not enjoy the variety or quality. We work on the food industry.

The air conditioner unit was very poor.

Overall experience was very nice. We used all the facilities including the swimming pool. The continental breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Only negative was the air conditioner was insufficient would not cool the room down and was so noisy during the night we could not sleep. ...read more
